All records and other merchandise are examined, packed and shipped by professional fans and collectors. We know how to handle collectible music, so rest assured that your order is in good hands!
We are not responsible for theft, loss or damage that occurs during or after shipping. Again, we will pack your order (especially your vinyl) with the utmost care and respect, but our ability to ensure total safety and protection ends when the package leaves us, and small bends, nicks, and splits can occur, which is beyond our control.
There are no refunds or returns once orders have been shipped. If you place an order by mistake or wish to change a pre-order, feel free to get in touch ASAP and we'll work with you to make the requested change.
